OUR TECHNOLOGY
In order to accommodate our 2006 plans for growth, there was the need to move to an entirely new and fully bespoke system specified and developed exclusively for Chauffeurforce – GT.
The system, which utilises all the latest technologies, such as Microsoft.NET and Microsoft SQL Server Database, has been built with future proof adaptability, is fully responsive, predictive and easy to use. It also gives us the ability to provide a fast turnaround for customer response through in-house prioritisation, as well as accommodating our plans for future growth. In car technology is via the O2 XDA, a strong and proven platform for ongoing development, it utilises GPRS communication, backed up by SMS and voice. The XDA accommodates customer signature and/or PIN (Personal Identification Number) and provides the link between driver/passenger/vehicle and our in-house systems. The system also has the ability to incorporate other programmes such as Satellite Navigation and A-Z mapping software.
